Quality Care has always been our priority - and that has never been more important than now.

The health and safety of our patients, providers and staff has always been a top priority at HMH. We have continued our safety measures and have implemented updated guidelines. We have taken every precaution to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We follow the most recent CDC guidelines.

Safety Precautions at HMH

Patients are screened via phone for symptoms of COVID-19.

Patients experiencing symptoms are scheduled for a molecular COVID test in one of our offices. Patients will receive results the same day.

If positive, patients will be followed by one of providers during the course of their illness to ensure the continued delivery of health care.

Patients who have no symptoms and have a scheduled  in-office visit will arrive at the office and check in at the front window.  

Temperatures will be taken at this time.

Masks must be worn at all times.

Whenever possible, keeping the recommended 6 feet of social distancing is encouraged.

If a room is available, patients will be escorted into a room.

If a room is unavailable, patients will be instructed to go back and wait in their car.  When a room is available we will call the patient’s cell phone.  We currently do not have waiting room chairs.    The purpose of this is to reduce the risks of patients being in close contact with each other.

All rooms are completely cleaned between patients.

Patients should arrive alone, unless they are a minor or in need of assistance.
