Founding Partner of High Mountain Health
David V. Rasa, M.D. is a lifelong New Jersey resident. He is a Board Certified Family Physician treating patients in northern New Jersey for more than 25 years. Prior to his medical career, Dr. Rasa was a Registered Pharmacist. Born in St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, he was raised in the Totowa section of Paterson. Dr. Rasa speaks English and Spanish. He enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

A resident of Wayne, Dr. Rasa and his wife Diane have three children.

Emerlinda Imperio joined High Mountain Health as a Nurse Practitioner in December 2008 following several years of experience working in the Hudson County area. Currently a resident of Clifton, she is a native of the Philippines and speaks three languages. Ms. Imperio works collaboratively with the doctors of High Mountain Health and provides quality urgent and family homecare to patients of all ages.

Susan Mulvihill brings more than 25 years of experience in nursing with a high level of experience in caring for pre- and post-surgery patients, including heart and thoracic surgery patients. With expertise in caring for critically ill patients, including those in intensive care and post-surgery adult cardiac patients, Ms. Mulvihill serves as a hospitalist for High Mountain Health, providing follow-up care to its patients recuperating at St. Joseph's Healthcare System hospitals in Wayne and Paterson.

A life-long resident of Wayne, Ms. Mulvihill joined the practice in 2011.
