June 2005-High Mountain Health(HMH)and Hospice of New Jersey are pleased to announce a professional partnership.

“As part of an eight year commitment to the highest quality care for our patients,  we have chosen Hospice of New Jersey to be our end-of –life care provider,” stated David Rasa MD RPh, President of HMH.

 HMH is a multidisciplinary health care provider offering Primary Care, Radiology, Women’s Health, Occupational Medicine, Pediatrics, Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine to the Northern New Jersey community since 1998.
