Dr. George Angelo Guariglia, named partner at High Mountain Health

Wayne, NJ—High Mountain Health (HMH) has announced that Dr. George Angelo Guariglia D.O.  was named partner on July 1, 2003.  Guariglia previously held an associate position with HMH for 3 years.

            “Dr. Guariglia’s work ethic and commitment to the delivery of quality medicine is an asset to HMH and the patients we serve,” said David V. Rasa  MD RPh, President HMH.

            Guariglia graduated cum laude from Fordham University, received his masters degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and his medical degree from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic medicine.  He completed his residency at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, Paterson, N.J. and is Board Certified in Family Practice.  He recently served as the Interim Director of the St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center-Mount Sinai School of Medicine- Residency Program.  He has served as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, St. George’s Medical School, and the New England School of Osteopathic Medicine.  Guariglia continues to serve as the school physician for Prospect Park School No.1 and was recently nominated as a “Top Doc” by the Suburban Trends readers.  He is the son of the late Dr. Angelo Alfred Guariglia and Janet Christensen Guariglia.  He is married to Cindy Iandolo Guariglia and together they have 3 sons Matthew, Joseph and David.
