It Takes Two

North Haledon-Two local Mayors, Randy George, North Haledon and Scott Rumana, Wayne, share ribbon cutting honors at the High Mountain Health (HMH) Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Grand Opening.

"North Haledon residents should be very proud to have this state-of-the-art facility in their town. Residents no longer need to travel to receive these quality services, and I am very proud to say that we have this type of facility in our town," said George.

The event took place on March 19, 2004 at the North Haledon location. In addition to celebrating the grand opening of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, HMH introduced the addition of the High Mountain Radiology Total Body CT Scanner.

Guests were invited to tour the facility and speak with the physical therapist and physicians.

"This is a great group of competent physicians. I wish them the best of luck and success in their newest endeavor," said Rumana.

The physical therapy and sports medicine services offered include: sports/orthopedic injuries, surgical recovery, sprains, strains, pain management and work related injuries.

"The Grand Opening was an opportunity for us to celebrate the addition of physical therapy and sports medicine, and to introduce total body CT scanning to our already comprehensive list of health care services," said David V. Rasa MD RPh, President HMH.

High Mountain Health is a multidisciplinary health care provider offering Family Medicine, Radiology Services, Women’s Health, and Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine with offices in North Haledon and Wayne.
